I was really well supported by Panthère Properties in the sale of my apartment by Christina Kadic and Tamara Deij-Ferrada. At the beginning, the property appraisal and the joint assessment were extremely helpful, as it gave me a clear picture for the first time of how my apartment could be best positioned and what the realistic market value is at the moment. After that, we discussed the strategy for the presentation together and set a price range. Architect Ms. Deij-Ferrada had several very good ideas on how to sensibly improve a few weaknesses before the sale and also drew new floor plans with variations. I would never have seen that on my own, and especially wouldn't have managed it. Ms. Kadic then practically took care of all the organization for me, including all the papers and documents, which was a huge relief for me. I hardly had to worry about anything and still always knew where we stood.
