Very pleasant and reliable collaboration. The communication was friendly, straightforward, and professional. Thank you very much for the support and dedicated effort.

It was a pleasure to work with Martina and bumbacher immobilien from start to finish. She speaks English which made communication so much easier, was quick to follow up to all my questions. And last but not least she was kind, friendly and a pleasure to interact with. If I won the lottery, I would purchase an additional flat through this agency.

After more than 18 months of unsuccessful apartment hunting, I had almost given up hope – until I met Mr. Dauti. Within just 48 hours, he presented me with a perfect property, organized everything necessary, and guided me through every step: viewings, notary, bank – everything was perfectly prepared. I was particularly impressed that Mr. Dauti was always quickly reachable. Whether it was late evening hours, weekends, or even Sunday – for questions or problems, you could always turn to him. Thanks to him, I was able to become the proud owner of my dream apartment just one month later. Mr. Dauti makes the often stressful path to homeownership incredibly easy. Absolutely recommendable!

We sold our property in Dättwil with the support of Swipor Real Estate. Mr. Sebastiano was recommended to us by an acquaintance, and we felt well taken care of from the very first minute. Our house found a suitable owner within a few days!

Manuele was responsible for the sale of my house. He completed this sale to my full satisfaction. I received the agreed price for it within 3 months. I wish him continued success and can only recommend him further.

Nicolas Rischgasser has put together an excellent documentation. He patiently, courteously, and extremely competently answered all our questions. The communication was straightforward yet professional. We can recommend him at any time.
