Real Estate Agencies in 5234 Villigen

After 32 years in our own home, the decision was not easy for us. PROVIVO accompanied us wonderfully with a lot of patience, competence, and understanding. Thank you very much for that. I would recommend PROVIVO at any time.

I am very enthusiastic about the collaboration with Pascal Hunziker and can recommend him with a clear conscience. He is young, innovative, dynamic, interested, persistent, goal-oriented, and professional. These are attributes of an open-minded real estate agent who knows: The journey is the goal. Before I met him, my property was on sale with another agent for a year. After I ended that contract, I began a new collaboration with Mr. Hunziker. Within less than three months, a suitable buyer was found. The support was committed, reliable, and consistent until the closing. Now my property has been successfully sold, the contract is signed, and all parties are happy. Thank you very much for the work done.

We experienced Mr. Hunziker as a very open, transparent, and competent person. The entire process of purchasing the property went very smoothly and without any problems. The communication was flawless and allowed for a swift handling of all necessary steps with the seller, the bank, and the notary. We can only recommend Mr. Hunziker.

The entire sales process was professionally managed from the very beginning. After the initial contact (including the viewing of the property for sale), Mr. Perazza conducted the valuation and discussed it thoroughly with me. I was already able to present him with a concrete interested party. He pursued this contact with great determination, which ultimately contributed to the success of the sale. He accompanied the process until the end (contract signing/key and property handover). I can highly recommend Mr. Perazza and would consider him again for another assignment.

Very good broker! Friendly, competent, and very reliable. The advice was clear and honest. Absolutely recommendable!

Ms. Steffan is very professional and helpful. She takes her clients' concerns seriously. With the help of a drone, she was able to produce very nice exterior views of the property.
