Arben helped us with everything we needed. This is my first purchase, and I have only been living in Switzerland for barely two years. I had many doubts and apprehensions regarding this purchase, but Arben helped us with everything we needed. Attentive, he responds quickly and efficiently and knows how to get straight to the point: when there was a problem to resolve with the owner, he took care of discussing it and resolving it quickly.

I am/were an interested party. I have written to Mr. Barth multiple times requesting the floor plan and the price of this property. He does not respond. What kind of service is this? Even if the property is sold or if one does not want to sell the property to an interested party, one should send a brief notification. This seems unprofessional to me. It is a beautiful property, but without further information, one cannot proceed. The excuse that one is too busy does not hold up in today's time. 1 star is definitely 1 star too much for this agent.
