Quick, efficient handling of the apartment purchase, good accessibility, even after the handover of the apartment there was a follow-up question about how things are going in the new apartment. The information in the apartment documentation matched reality. During the handover of the apartment, the location of the electricity meter in the building was not known, two manuals for the kitchen appliances were missing, and the key to a lockable storage room was absent.
