The market value estimate was on the desk the next day. For the sale, we provided Mr. Bolton with additional criteria that were crucial for us. Mr. Bolton kept us informed from time to time about the current status. After three months, he wrote to us that he had found interesting buyers who would meet our criteria. After further emails, the transfer date was set. Mr. Bolton executed his task to 100% satisfaction with his expertise, assessment, and implementation of our criteria. We can therefore highly recommend Mr. Bolton as a broker.
