As owners of a single-family home in Hochdorf, of whose hedonic value we were well aware, we were advised from various quarters to handle the sale ourselves. Then, with Urs Witprächtiger, a stroke of fate came into play. In the initial meeting on-site, he showed us how he would market a property like ours and gathered all the information for his market value calculation. He presented this to us in full during the second meeting - note that there was no obligation on our part. His passion, his likability, and his expertise impressed us and convinced us so much that we entered into the power of attorney agreement with him. And what more can we say: Yesterday we sat with the notary and had the sale notarized.
