At the end of 2024, we fulfilled a long-standing dream and purchased a vacation apartment with a wonderful view of Lake Thun. Mr. Cala from CASA Real Estate guided us competently and always friendly through the application and purchase process; we are very satisfied with it and can recommend CASA Real Estate.

We had to terminate the contract with the first agent because he did absolutely nothing to sell our condominium in the best location. Through a property viewing for our own purposes, we were fortunate to get in touch with Casa Immobilien. Our advisor, Mr. G. Calà, contacted us immediately and discussed the next steps with us. Soon, a great, very appealing, and extremely professional document was created. Mr. Calà kept us informed continuously; it was an extremely pleasant and friendly collaboration. Since we had found our dream property in the meantime, we were extremely grateful for his quick and reliable actions, which led to a swift conclusion. With his empathetic nature and his sensitivity to stressful family situations, we felt completely well taken care of and relieved, and always represented in our best interests. Once again, our heartfelt thanks to you, Mr. Calà! We can only highly recommend you. Anytime again 👍

Lukas is not only an excellent real estate agent. He is a sincere and determined person who never hesitates to go the extra mile. He addresses every need, always tries to get the best for the client, and most importantly; he is always there and helps wherever he can. We recommend him not only as a real estate agent but also as a person.

Lukas Flück accompanied the sale of our multi-family house with restaurant and spacious commercial space (currently used by Denner Switzerland) in an extremely professional manner. Thanks to his competent advice, transparent communication, and reliable working method, the entire sales process went smoothly and efficiently. We felt well taken care of at all times and can wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Flück as a seller.

We got to know Jehona Wenger as an extremely competent real estate agent (with special marketing and financing knowledge). She sold our 3 1/2 room condominium within 2 months (!) at our optimal price expectations (definitely) - and the buyer is happy! Jehona Wenger professionally handled the contacts with the previous subtenant, the management, the viewing appointments for the buyers, and the final arrangements with the notary, as well as all necessary documents and forms. We were always kept informed about the sales process. Special mention should be made of the personal commitment, as well as the outgoing, friendly demeanor of Jehona Wenger and her reliability. We can unreservedly recommend Jehona Wenger for all real estate transactions, whether it is a purchase, a sale, financing, or renting properties, and wish her continued success!
