For a unique farmhouse with a small house, Anna was able to find new owners. She authentically documented the ensemble with text and photos, supplemented with helpful plans and excerpts. Anna guided us with a lot of passion and expertise through and around this gem and, as needed, involved additional specialized skills from the company. She excelled at creating a trusting atmosphere between the parties while being fair to both the buyer and the seller. Going through the sales process with Anna is an experience in itself that is likely to remain unique, as our search for the dream farmhouse came to an end thanks to her mediation and personal support.

Ms. Anna Kobi is an extremely competent and motivated professional who conducted the entire sales negotiations up to the registration with the land registry to my complete satisfaction. She realistically assessed my beautifully renovated farmhouse with annex and created a very appealing documentation. This resulted in various viewings by seriously interested parties. The sale ultimately took place to a family who will use the property as a multi-generational house, which completely aligns with my expectations.

Anna is very professional and friendly. She knows her field, was able to answer all our questions, and the collaboration was extremely pleasant. We were sometimes unable to deliver data or documents on time, and Anna remained very patient and understanding. All meetings were reliably and efficiently planned by Anna, and the process went smoothly. As of now, we have not yet purchased the property, but I am confident that the further process will proceed without any issues.
