We can absolutely recommend Mr. Schärer as a real estate consultant! From the very first conversation, he advised us in an extremely competent, professional, and honest manner. The valuation of our house was very well-founded and realistic, and thanks to his extensive expertise and dedicated work ethic, our house was sold at our desired price in a short time. In addition to his professionalism, we particularly appreciated his human approach. Always friendly, reliable, and accessible. You really feel well taken care of with Mr. Schärer. Thank you very much for the excellent support!

Competence, networking, prudence, and groundedness, combined with the necessary empathy for the buyer and client. Predio Immobilien GmbH has been an absolutely reliable partner in real estate matters for years.

Ms. Gerber-Cartier has a very professional demeanor. Communication was always correct and courteous (both in dialogue and via email). Questions were answered professionally and in a timely manner. If she could not answer a question directly, she clarified it shortly thereafter. The advice was neutral and, as far as I can judge, objective. Her service was to my complete satisfaction. She took over all organizational tasks (photo appointments, ad placements, viewing appointments, buyer negotiations, notary, bank, etc.). This kept my effort for the house sale to an absolute minimum. We even exceeded my expected selling price and adhered to the timeline for the deed as planned. At no time did I feel pressured to do anything. My decisions were always respected and implemented according to my wishes. For most decisions, I was presented with several options. Ms. Gerber-Cartier works part-time with fixed weekdays. A backup was always reachable. I can recommend Ms. Gerber-Cartier without reservation. It was a pleasure.
