Mr. Ak has a friendly demeanor. He answers clearly posed questions well and competently. Sometimes I had the impression that he was under time pressure, which may have to do with the relatively large distance between his location and my place of residence. Today, 2 years after moving into the apartment, I know the seller better and can imagine that Mr. Ak's position between the seller and the buyer was not always easy.
