Real Estate Agencies in Twann (2513)

Elke Dasen accompanied us excellently from start to finish in the sale of our family property in Magglingen. We experienced her as an extremely competent, dedicated, and reliable real estate agent. We particularly appreciated her personal approach, the very good communication, and her ability to manage the entire sales process in a structured and professional manner. We were always well informed and felt that she was very committed to our concerns and the sale. The collaboration during the closing phase and the handover was also very pleasant and straightforward. We are very satisfied with the result and the overall support and would appoint Elke again for a property sale at any time. A clear recommendation from our whole family.

We were very satisfied with everything. Everything was very friendly and competent.

I bought a property from Marc Rosser, and I want to highlight the exceptional quality of his support throughout the process. From the very beginning, he was extremely accommodating and adapted to my availability, whether late in the evening or on holidays. This flexibility demonstrates a true sense of service and a rare commitment. Marc has excellent technical mastery. He was able to explain every aspect of the property with precision, including the flaws, which he justified in a transparent and professional manner. This honesty and clarity made me feel confident, which is invaluable when purchasing real estate. Beyond his skills, Marc is a very friendly, warm, and attentive person. One gesture particularly touched me: he planted a tree to symbolize the sale. A meaningful gesture that perfectly reflects his human and respectful way of working. I highly recommend Marc Rosser. His professionalism, availability, and human dimension make him a seller of rare quality. Thanks to him, the purchase of this property went smoothly and with confidence.

Ms. Schönhofen sold our property quickly and to our complete satisfaction. We were comprehensively advised and informed, the sale was transparent, and we were promptly informed about the next steps. Her market assessment was very plausible and realistic, and the achieved price even exceeded her prediction! The all-inclusive package without hidden extra costs suited us very well. We would especially like to mention her friendly and charming manner. We were very pleased that a young couple could be found as buyers, so that the house can become a beautiful home for a future family. We can wholeheartedly recommend Ms. Schönhofen as a real estate agent.

His service, competence, kindness, and honesty are to be recognized and highly recommended! We wish him great success in his projects!

Jennifer Wirth can be recommended without hesitation for the consultation and sale of a property. She is an open and customer-friendly person who addresses the needs of the client and their ideas and wishes when selling the property. Professional competence and experience are felt from the very first contact and are reinforced and confirmed during the subsequent collaboration. Her area of expertise and experience help to delineate the expected buyer circle and to purposefully present the interested parties. Best regards, Camille Kuntz, Mörigen
