Philippe Bruchez was professional throughout the sales process. Having discussed the sale price with several agents he was the only one who used a valid reason to price it correctly. When the process became a little complicated he found solutions and his communication was always prompt, clear and helpful. He took the time to ensure we were always kept up to date and that we understood what steps we needed to take and what would happen next and when. We can fully recommend Philippe and will have no hesitation in using his services again should we need to. We are pleased to have already passed on his contact details to several people who are looking to buy a property.

We bought a chalet with Alison's help in October 2025. A very productive experience, Alison informed us in a professional manner and I always felt that I was treated fairly, even though the commission is paid, as usual, by the seller. Alison accompanied us during several on-site visits, she inquired with local authorities or businesses to bring us answers and solutions to our questions. Alison also managed the price negotiation period very well, keeping the dialogue open, even though the exchanges between me and the seller were 'charged'.
