Real Estate Agencies in Villars-sur-Ollon (1884)

From the buyer’s perspective, we felt well guided throughout the process. Mr. Morel communicated clearly, was professional at every stage, and helped make the transaction smooth and straightforward. We appreciated the balanced and supportive way he handled the process.

Over the last 5 years, we have called upon Robin Byas-Perry for the sale of our 2 apartments. He was able to convince us despite his young age, due to his listening skills, market knowledge, preparation work, photos taken by a professional, and his sales support model, to give him free rein and exclusivity for the sale. He also adapted his search, city and mountain in our case, found the best time to present the properties, targeted clients from his portfolio, and accompanied us with effective and professional follow-up. To be even clearer, Robin Byas-Perry sold our 2 properties at the highest price and each in less than 5 months. Therefore, I wholeheartedly recommend Robin Byas-Perry to anyone looking for a competent, efficient, honest, discreet, and human real estate agent!

Nicolas Descot is a very efficient, dedicated, and friendly broker who knows his territory well. He was very easily reachable and did his best to ensure that both the seller and the buyer were happy.

I recommend this agency to anyone in search of first-class real estate service.

We would like to thank Mrs. Chevallier for her attentiveness towards us and at the same time congratulate her on her extreme professionalism and efficiency.
