It was a pleasure to be assisted by Alberic in the purchase of this property. I recommend his agency

Working with Cédric Lecoultre to sell a property to which we were sentimentally attached was a very strong event, close to confidence and friendship, due to his objective perspective, making him as sensitive as we were to the charm and value of our property. We were listened to, understood, advised, supported, and ultimately extremely satisfied with the sale we entrusted to him. We can only recommend Cédric Lecoultre. In short, to come out happy from a sale that was successful in every way, without hesitation, he is your man.

From the previous collaboration on several sales transactions and evaluations, I can unconditionally recommend Mr. Bütikofer. The very thoughtful and coherent arguments and answers to my questions were enormously valuable to me as a layperson. The same applies to the notary he chose for the certification. Anytime again!

Madame Chevallier has become a true pillar for me throughout the entire period, from the initial contact to the expertly conducted sale and even well after, she has shown incredible patience and exemplary professionalism. Giving up? She doesn't know that, she believed until the end and I wouldn't know how to thank her, except... it's my turn to warmly recommend her without hesitation. Thank you again!

We would like to thank Orlane Grognuz Bertossa for her support during our purchase. She provided very good advice and was available throughout the process. Her professionalism allowed us to realize this project with peace of mind. An agent we recommend without hesitation for her seriousness and efficiency.

Excusez-moi si j’écrivais en anglais! David has been the manager of our co-propriété for many years and reluctantly we had to sell this year. His service as manager was excellent but he has gone beyond the expected level of service in helping us to sell our property. Nothing has been too much trouble. A well deserved 5 star plus review!!!

I contacted the Transcréa agency at the end of 2024 for the sale of my house. It was Ms. Jacqueline BLASER who handled my file, to my great satisfaction. This sale was able to take place quickly, the contacts were pleasant, and I can only recommend her services.
