We sold a house thanks to Gaedan and we are delighted. The property in question was very atypical - an old building in the countryside to renovate - therefore many people were interested. Gaedan invested a lot of time in the numerous visits, always with the same professionalism and enthusiasm. Due to the extensive renovation work, it was often complicated for clients to envision themselves in the property. For these reasons, several offers did not materialize. In the end, the conditions aligned and the property was sold to the right people. Throughout the process, Gaedan was able to adapt and bounce back. Our experience with Fabienne was very smooth. Attentive, non-judgmental, neutral, very available, handling the matter with professionalism, patient, following up with us if there was no response; our exchanges were natural and authentic. The sale went very well. Parking spaces often belong to a co-ownership and do not necessarily belong to the owner who highlights them in the negotiation, however.
