Description of the buildings
Built in the 80s on the foundations of an old "Raccard" enlarged for the occasion, this traditionally designed building consists of two levels.
Massive masonry and concrete construction for the lower part and solid timber framing for the upper part. Shingle roof, copper flashing.
Domestic hot water production is provided by a gas boiler. Heat production is by means of electric radiators and is supplemented by a soapstone stove. Septic tank.

14 m2 wood store, used as a stable.
Access - topography:
Access is via a forest road from the North (St-Jean). No access in winter.
Heavy tree cover (dense forest) - sunshine from April to September

This plot is located in an agricultural zone and is concerned by the landslide zone (medium danger).
In the event of an application for building permission for a project or for transformations, standard conditions are requested by the State of Valais (geological expertise).
