The two upper floors are reserved for the two maisonette apartments, each with three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a private balcony on the first floor, as well as a large living and dining room with high ceilings on the top floor. The latter also features a library/TV room, a guest toilet, a separate professional kitchen, and a very generous balcony that is perfect for outdoor dining or sunbathing. The entire house has been completed to a high standard of interior design in alpine style, providing a special chalet feeling.
The basement surprises with a hotel-like wellness area with swimming pool, hammam, sauna, and massage room, unmatched by any other property in the city. There is also a shared laundry room, and each apartment has a large private cellar/storage room.
