The house for sale is part of a project that includes the construction of two single-family houses in the municipality of Cadro.
Access is from the municipal road Via Campagna via a new private road built on plot no. 659 where, with the new subdivision, a right of way has been registered to access the new plots 1587-1580 where the two single-family houses are under construction. These are therefore houses far from vehicular traffic.

The house we present is spread over two habitable floors, living area on the ground floor and sleeping area on the 1st floor, and a basement floor with the technical room, laundry room and a large storage room.
