The hotel-restaurant is located in a central location in the village center of Cavigliano, directly above the Centovallina train stop.
The entire property is in very well-maintained condition and is currently operated by the owner couple as a pension-restaurant. The new owner could therefore step in immediately and continue the well-running business. The inventory will be charged separately and must be taken over.

The house is easily accessible by car. Locarno and the lake can be reached in about 10 minutes.
