MFH Haltli Näfels
The detached multi-family house is located on the western edge of the village of Näfels in a quiet location. The distant view to the south offers a view of Glärnisch, Kärpf, and Fronalpstock. The multi-family house, built in 1988, is in well-maintained condition.
It is a solid construction. The floor slabs, the walls in the basement, and the intermediate ceilings are made of cast-in-place concrete. The exterior wall structure is designed as a double-skin masonry with external plaster, and the interior walls are mainly plastered with brick masonry, partially with wood paneling; the room ceilings in the living area are paneled. The vertical building closure consists of a gable roof with Eternit shingle covering. The wooden windows are equipped with insulated glazing, and weather protection is provided by slatted shutters. The expansion and installations are generally carried out to a normal/solid standard. The common areas and traffic routes are optimally designed and contribute to the good appearance as well as the living climate. An electric central heating system (1988) supplies the building with heat via underfloor heating, and a heat pump boiler (2018) provides the three residential units with utility/hot water.
The apartments are finished to owner standards. The practical apartment layout allows for a contemporary, ideal design of the interiors. All floors are finished with high-quality parquet, laminate, and stone floors. In addition, the apartments on the ground floor and first floor are equipped with a fireplace.
