In the center of Malters, the Dangelbachmatte Residential Park is being developed – a sustainable neighborhood of affordable apartments where intergenerational living is celebrated. With around 100 apartments, from 1.5-room studios to 5.5-room family apartments, there is something for every taste.
Currently, 1.5 to 5.5-room condominiums of the first construction phase (houses A, F, and G) are being sold under building rights. For the 2.5-room condominiums, the annual building rights fee is CHF 1,335 to CHF 1,420.
Our sales guidelines apply to the sale of the apartments. These stipulate, among other things, that the apartment must be occupied by the owner or relatives; purchasing as an investment property is not permitted. The ideal occupancy per apartment is the number of persons + 1 = number of rooms.
