My fiancé (Vincent) and I had the pleasure to work with Mr. Tassilo Boscacci from Attica who helped us buy our first home in Lausanne. My family moving to Ecublens from Geneva had the chance to work with Mr Boscacci for the house we were interested in. He made himself available for 3 visits (including one with the owners) and even came during the "etat de lieu" despite being sick. Where it matters, the contract/terms/charges, he has been fair, considerate and a dealmaker to secure terms that both parties would find agreeable. More than that he even helped us to conclude our lease with the house in Geneva. Highly recommended!
