My fiancé (Vincent) and I had the pleasure to work with Mr. Tassilo Boscacci from Attica who helped us buy our first home in Lausanne. Mr Tassilo was excellent in handling all the communications with the previous owner and helped execute the sale of the property seamlessly. He went out of his way to help us get organized to find new tenants for our previous flats and he also supported us on a few contacts that could help with a minor renovation of the flat. He was a big enabler in helping us realize our dream home and we can`t thank him enough. We highly recommend Attica and especially Mr. Tassilo for any property related questions you might have.

My family moving to Ecublens from Geneva had the chance to work with Mr Boscacci for the house we were interested in. He made himself available for 3 visits (including one with the owners) and even came during the "etat de lieu" despite being sick. Where it matters, the contract/terms/charges, he has been fair, considerate and a dealmaker to secure terms that both parties would find agreeable. More than that he even helped us to conclude our lease with the house in Geneva. Highly recommended!
