Purtroppo un'esperienza molto deludente. Un "Customer Success Manager" ci ha contattato e ha affermato esplicitamente di rappresentare già un concreto acquirente per il nostro appartamento. Sulla base di questa premessa, abbiamo accettato un appuntamento per la visita. Non è mai stato menzionato che la persona che ha fissato l'appuntamento non sarebbe stata presente. Sul posto non è apparso né un acquirente né il referente annunciato, ma solo un'altra collaboratrice che voleva acquisirci come agenti. Invece di scusarsi per questo comportamento fuorviante, ci ha spiegato che, in quanto svizzera, sapeva meglio quanto fosse difficile vendere un appartamento in Svizzera. Riteniamo questo comportamento fuorviante e poco professionale.
