A room will become available in our shared apartment. Your room is 14 m2 and offers a great view of the surrounding area. All common areas are for shared use. We are a shared flat and not just a place to sleep. The common areas are fully equipped and should therefore be treated with the necessary respect. It's colorful, full of plants and lovingly furnished. I will start my studies in social pedagogy at the end of the year. I am currently doing my social internship. We live together, three of us, in a 6.5-room apartment. Our large balcony invites you to linger in the summer months with a pretty lounge area. Even in the cold months, the view is simply phenomenal. If desired and available, we can look for an underground parking space (140 francs). Otherwise, there is also a blue zone everywhere. There are two bus stops that you can reach on foot in 4 minutes. Lines 3/4 and lines 1/2. In 5-6 minutes there is a Denner, Migros and Füger.
A quiet neighborhood with connections to the train station (14 min), university of applied sciences (13 min), etc. What am I/we looking for? We are looking for an honest, empathetic, friendly, harmonious and flat-share-suitable person. You should be a clean and hygienic person. We have shared the final statements of the pension fund and municipal utilities for the last two years according to the affiliation of the individual parties.
