- 5 min. walk to the train station and shopping facilities (public transport to Zurich: 30 min. / to Zug 15 min.)
- Highway access in 3 min.
- Garage space can possibly be taken over from the previous tenant
- All costs such as electricity, water, internet (WLAN) are included in the rent.
