My name is Louis, I am a ceramist/artist and I am looking for two roommates. I am a creative person, a bit of a homebody while being quite extroverted. I also spend time in my garden whenever the weather allows. I like to invite my friends over for dinner/happy hour/movies at home.
As for you, if my description speaks to you and if you have already lived in a shared accommodation, that’s a plus.

I live in a ground floor apartment. Two rooms are available for rent: one with a dressing room (650.-/month including charges) the other without (590.-/month including charges). Some furniture is already there, to be discussed if you want to keep it or not. Parking spaces: 40.-/month/space.

The apartment includes:
a fitted kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, induction)
a large living/dining room
a toilet
a bathroom with bathtub, two sinks, a toilet, a washing machine, dryer
an office that turns into a small photo studio
a "TV" room/guest room/office that can be transformed into whatever we want
a storage room with a large freezer.
