As we are leaving the city of Zurich for work for an extended period, we are subletting our apartment for at least one year, possibly longer. It's a modern 4.5-room apartment with an open kitchen, bright living room, shower/toilet and bathtub, loggia (enclosed balcony), and a private washer-dryer tower. A basement storage unit is also included. There is also a spacious bike storage room.

A parking space can be rented for CHF 220.– per month.

• 23.3 sqm, northwest-facing

The rooms are unfurnished, except one which includes a built-in wardrobe.

The rental price includes utilities, electricity, 20 Gbit/s internet, and weekly professional cleaning of the shared areas (kitchen, living room, bathrooms).
