Single room for rent - 8047 Zürich

A room will be available soon in my lovely 3.5-room flat. It's a modern new-build with its own washing machine and dryer, a balcony, lift, basement storage, and even a parking space if needed — plus bike storage in the underground garage. The flat's super bright, has lovely neighbours, and it's just a 15-minute walk to nature and the Uetliberg forest. The bus stop, Migros, Coop, and Denner are all within 10 minutes on foot, and it's really easy to get into the city by tram, bus, or bike.
I'm looking for a friendly flatmate to share this beautiful flat with. It's important to me that we get along and treat the apartment and each other respectfully. Also cool to hang out or have dinner together some times, but also have our own space and independence. I really value a chill, easygoing vibe at home.
I work in sustainability and do a few days a week from home (2–3), love being out in nature, and enjoy staying active. Ideally, you'd be between 25–35, working, and have a similar mindset.
