I (mediator, surfer & passionate baker) am looking for a roommate for my free room (approx. 12 m²) in a 106 m² apartment in Zurich Wipkingen – super central (3 min to HB, 7 min to the airport, 100 m to the Limmat). Your room is bright and quiet – ideal for professionals, temporary residents or a transitional solution.

About the room:

• Size: approx. 12 m²
• Partially furnished upon agreement, internet etc. included.
• Shared use of kitchen, bathroom, and living room

Living with me:
I work a lot from home, enjoy having a coffee chat or a shared dinner, but also appreciate peace and retreat options. An open, uncomplicated atmosphere is important to me.

Regarding the rent:

• CHF 1,200 per month for temporary residents (e.g. Monday to Friday or otherwise part-time)
• CHF 1,500 per month for tenants who are present all week (temporary)
• Rental duration flexible – from June/July or by arrangement
• Non-smoking household
• No pets
