Size: 110 m² with bright living and dining area
Loggia: 10 m² with grill—perfect for sunset BBQs
Bathrooms: 2 full bathrooms (each for private use)
Washer/Dryer: In-unit washer and dryer
Furnishing: Fully furnished—only your private room is currently unfurnished (you can, by arrangement, take over the previous tenant's furniture)
Current Occupancy
The current roommate (moved in 2020) will be moving out at the end of November.
Your Room
Private bedroom + private bath (shower/WC)
Move-in available as of December 1, 2025
We can discuss which room will become yours or whether we should arrange the spaces differently – I'm open to suggestions. The room listed as the bedroom in the ad is currently being used as an office.
Costs
Rent(Flatrate): CHF 1399 / month (all utilities, electricity, high-speed internet included)
Also Included: Cleaning twice a month (kitchen, bathrooms, dusting, all Floors incl. private rooms)
Optional Extras
Office Workspace: Shared use of an extra room (otherwise I use it myself) for + CHF 499 / month
Parking: Optional private parking space for + CHF 100 / month

I'm born in '93, pursuing entrepreneurial goals, stay active with regular sports, and grew up here in Zürich. Once a week my sister's dog comes to visit.
