We are Alex (31, M), Matteo (28, M), Jana (25, W), Robert (27, M) and all of us are employed. We are a sociable shared flat, where often someone is around to chat, but everyone can also enjoy their peace in their own room. In our free time, we are generally out and about a lot, in summer we like to enjoy the weather outside, whether it's with sports, swimming, going for a drink, motorcycling, or whatever. So we like to be out and about in Zurich.

Apartment: Hohlstrasse 480, 7th floor, new building April 2015, 170m2, 6.5 rooms (5x rooms, 2x bathroom/WC with 1x shower and 1x bathtub as well as washing machine and dryer, 1x kitchen/living room, 1x loggia

The room is 13.5 m2. The rent is CHF 819.- including utilities / internet / TV / Serafe. Parking spaces are optionally available.

Nearby, within walking distance, there is the Letzipark shopping center, the Altstetten train station with Migros Express or Coop Pronto, as well as much more. We are also excellently connected here! The bus stops Letzibach (in both directions) are right in front of the front door (Bus 31) and the tram stop Kappeli (Line 2) is reachable in 5 minutes on foot.

From 14.07.2025 or 01.08.2025 we are looking for a suitable roommate. We are looking for: friendly, open-minded, reliable, honest roommates for whom order and cleanliness are a matter of course.
