Single room for rent - 8057 Zürich, Langfurren 23

Hello everyone!
We are Irina (32) and Nini (24) and are looking for a new roommate for our lovely shared apartment in district 6, near Milchbuck & Hirschwiesenstrasse – only 10 minutes from the main station. Shops and cafes are very close by.

The room is approx. 12 m² large, bright due to its south-facing location, and partially furnished (furniture takeover possible, but not necessary). The apartment has a cozy living room, balcony, kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom, separate toilet and a washing machine in the basement.

We are both professionally busy, enjoy our peace and quiet, but also like to do things together – from after-work beers to weekend trips. Cleanliness is important to us, and we are looking for someone who also handles shared things carefully.

In the coming months, one of us will take over the main rental agreement, as we are currently both subtenants. In this context, the shared apartment will be completely re-furnished, which is why a small one-time contribution for new furniture and utensils will be required. There will also be a slight rent increase of approx. 20 CHF.

Important to know: The house will probably be demolished at the end of March 2027 – until then, however, a continuous rental period is possible.
