We (Pascal, Lea, Andi) are looking for a fourth person to live with us from June 1st.

Quick facts:

• Rent 880.- per month
• Room south side, 15m2, bright, sunny and quiet
• NO living room
• 2 balconies, one sunny all day on the south side
• Family-like WG, sociable, NO Zweck-WG
• Minimum 5 months (with the prospect of unlimited)
• By bike: 10 min to train station/university/ETH/ToniAreal/Limmatschwumm
• Public transport: Tram station Waidfussweg or bus at Rosengartenstrasse

What we are looking for:
We are looking for a person who is interested in city life and open to joint excursions. We like to live WITH each other and not NEXT to each other, if you are looking for a Zweck-WG, you are in the wrong place. Although we are all individually on the go a lot and like independence and self-reliance, it is also very important to us that we are friends with each other and lead a shared WG life. We appreciate visits from friends, joint picnics, bike, hiking or ski touring excursions. Cleanliness and order are also very important to us, everyone should feel comfortable. We also like honest communication and having fun and uncomplicated together.
