Hello! I will be subletting my room for the summer.
The room is 16.7 square meters in size, bright and well lit. It is furnished with a table, closet, bed and sofa. The apartment is a 2.5 apartment without a living room, but with a well-equipped kitchen. There is also an additional attic and a cellar. The laundry room downstairs is available at all times.
I am looking for a friendly, open-minded and tidy person between 19 and 25 who appreciates a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere in a shared flat (occasionally cooking together or watching a movie together) without sacrificing privacy and peace and quiet. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed due to allergies. The flat share is a non-smoking apartment, so I am looking for someone who does not smoke (neither inside nor outside).
