The room is 16.5m2 and part of a modern, bright 4.5-room apartment with a fantastic view over the city and into the green. The apartment is fully equipped and offers, in addition to a washing machine and dryer, an inviting balcony with a grill. The room includes its own bathroom.

If needed, you can (co-)use an additional room (13.6m2), which I currently use sporadically as a study.

Everything your heart desires is nearby. From various shopping and sports facilities to the Eschenberg recreation area. The bus stop is right outside the door (7' HB, city center).

I am looking for an open-minded and reliable roommate. Ideally, you are between 30 and 40 years old, are grounded, have a healthy sense of cleanliness, and enjoy both company and time alone.
