Great room in a sunny 4.5-room apartment in St. Gallen for rent!

From July 1st, 2025 (or by arrangement from another date), a room is available in our spacious apartment on Sonnenhaldenstrasse in St. Gallen. We are looking for you if you are looking for a cozy home. Sonnenhalden is a quiet, family-friendly area with good connections everywhere.

Our apartment is located 2 minutes (bus) or 10 minutes (on foot) from the university in a multi-family house. Directly below the apartment is the Sonnenhalden stop, which takes you directly to the city (9min). The free room is spacious, bright and offers enough space (15sqm) for furniture, which can either be brought along or taken over. In other words, the room is partially furnished by arrangement.

We, Katharina and Letizia, are looking for someone who is open to shared dinners, late-night talks and lots of laughter.

The monthly rent is 730 CHF (some utility costs are included).

Funfact: The apartment has a fireplace for cozy evenings (which we have only used once), a balcony with a view of the Säntis, an attic and a cellar. Bicycle cellar and garden are shared with other apartments.

About us: We are both 20 years old and study at HSG. Katharina is in her second semester & Letizia in her fourth.
