Single room for rent - 9008 St. Gallen

I currently live alone in a nicely furnished 4.5-room apartment in Heiligkreuz/Espenmoos.
Starting in July, I'm looking for a roommate for the room that is currently used as my tattoo studio.
The room is 15m² and can be seen in the last photo.
I also have a very friendly young cat – so you must love cats.

You're a good fit for the apartment if you...
• enjoy being around cats and aren't bothered by cat hair
• are tidy and considerate, and help keep the apartment clean
• are easygoing and open when it comes to shared living
• live an active life and have your own projects or goals

I'm looking for someone who is doing something with their life, motivated, and on their own path – ideally creative or bringing interesting ideas.
It should be a pleasant and respectful co-living situation, but everyone should also have their own space.
