About the apartment:
The apartment is centrally located by the city park. Bus stops are reachable within a few meters, the marketplace is a 5-minute walk away, and the train station is a 15-minute walk away.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with various kitchen appliances such as microwave, air fryer, rice cooker, blender, etc.
Since communal furniture for the living room has been purchased, there is a fee of 250 CHF for the furniture.
The washing machine is available in the house for all parties for a small fee.

About the room:
The room is oriented towards the courtyard, so it is quiet and has sun all day. It is also furnished and includes a small dresser and a clothes rack.
Here you have a nice view towards the three ponds.

About the shared apartment:
We live in the apartment with four people. You will be living with two students from HSG (22 and 25) and a career starter (27). We want a sociable and tidy living environment and look forward to a person who is not just looking for a purpose-driven shared apartment. If you have shared apartment experience, are tidy, and occasionally interested in communal dinners, feel free to contact us with some information about yourself :)

The room can be rented either indefinitely from 01.06.2025 or temporarily from 01.06.-31.08.2025, depending on what you are looking for.
A deposit of 1309 CHF is required.
