🏡 The 4-room apartment is quietly located on a residential street in Riethüsli, on the 1st floor of a six-unit apartment building. The spacious, covered balcony offers a beautiful view of St. Gallen and the surrounding hills. A cellar and attic compartment provide ample storage space. A washing machine and dryer are located in the basement and are used by all tenants. The entire apartment was renovated before we moved in in 2023. The main train station is a 15-minute walk away.

💵 The rent is 789.95 CHF/month including WLAN; electricity is extra, which was recently 26.25 CHF/person per month.
