Single room for rent - 1700 Fribourg, Avenue Beauregard 9

We are a four-person shared apartment located right next to Fribourg train station, and we are looking for a new roommate from May 1st. The apartment is spacious and pleasant, with a large bright living room opening onto a fully equipped kitchen. There are also separate toilets and a bathroom, as well as a balcony perfect for enjoying the sunny days.

We are ideally located for easy access to the city centre, shopping even on Sundays, and enjoying all the public transport options that Fribourg has to offer. The rent is 502.50 CHF per month, internet included, and with electricity charges, the total comes to around 525 CHF. The room is approximately 12 m² and is unfurnished.

You would share the apartment with Arthur, Nathan and Marylaure. Estelle, our current roommate, is leaving, and we are looking for someone to take her place. Please note: two cats live with us, so if you are allergic, this may not be ideal. Also, we would be particularly interested in someone willing to join the main lease, especially for the rent guarantee.
