We, a couple of men, are renting a fully furnished room (approx. 20 m2) in our apartment to a roommate.
The sofa in the photo can be converted into a box spring bed and is very suitable as a comfortable bed.
TV and radio are available. The rooftop terrace and common living area can also be used.
Shower, bathroom, as well as washing machine and dryer are available for shared use.
We also have 2 dogs (pugs).
The room is available from 01.05.2025 or by arrangement.
