1 room in the attic, 30m2 floor area with sloping roof, 16m2 usable living area (measured from 1.5m height)
1 room in the basement (slightly lower than ground level, not a real cellar) with its own toilet and its own entrance

Total living area of the house approximately 150m2, on 4 floors.
A total of 6 rooms plus living room and large kitchen

1 laundry room/sauna room with shower and separate toilet in the basement

The flatmates
I am Marlène, 35 years old and grew up here. After a few years in Zurich and abroad, I am happy to be living again in a house with a garden and a quiet environment. I work in Zurich and like to spend my free time with friends, preferably in the fresh air.
Viktoria or Roger, who share a flat in Männedorf and the room here in Uetikon alternately, live with me. Only one of them is here at a time. Both are 42 years old, employed and very cool and friendly.

You
As a flatmate, you like it quite tidy in the house and garden, can live with a house cat and also enjoy a coffee together or a chat evening on the balcony. In the shared flat, one should find company if one wants to, and everyone should also be able to withdraw - there is enough space in the house for that.
