The train station is just a 5-minute walk away.

The building has two floors. Your future room is located on the first floor and is 15.5 m² in size with a ceiling height of 2.20 m. The original charm of the apartment has been preserved, which is why the historical front stones of the wall have been retained, giving the room a beautiful and nostalgic atmosphere.

The apartment also offers a large dining table with space for up to 10 people, a fully equipped communal kitchen, a spacious shared bathroom (8.6 m²) with washing machine, and a small separate toilet with sink and toilet.

You can use all household appliances at any time without restrictions. On the second floor, there are 4 more rooms and a large bathroom.

The rental price includes cleaning costs for the common areas (kitchen, living room, bathroom, and stairs) every two weeks. This way, the organization among the roommates for cleaning is facilitated, and the house always remains clean.
