Room in a relaxed 4-person shared apartment in a modern penthouse for rent.

We, three men aged 22, 32, and 33, are looking for a new, relaxed personality as the fourth one of us will be moving out soon. Our apartment is located in a penthouse with an elevator directly into the apartment and has everything you need:

Room: The room is unfurnished (except for a built-in wardrobe), mattresses and slatted frames can be purchased additionally.

Common areas: Large living room with sofa and TV, balcony, two bathrooms, with washing machine and dryer, kitchen with dishwasher, oven.

Extras: A guest room with a bed in the living room is available for visitors.

Parking: Can be rented if needed, otherwise it will be canceled and the rent will decrease by 80.-.

About us

We are a relaxed, sociable group:

Two of us work in shift work at Windwerk.

One mainly works from home in IT.

Our hobbies revolve a lot around skydiving – we like to chat about it, cook and eat together often.
In between, we enjoy playing a game of chess or Brandy Dog.
