Single room for rent - 8311 Brütten

WE DO NOT RENT TO COUPLES OR WEEKLY STAYS. GERMAN/SWISSGERMAN IS A MUST.

We are looking for a new roommate for our 5-person shared apartment in 8311 Brütten. We are looking for an active person who enjoys being out and about and pursuing their hobbies from June 1st, 2025 or by appointment.

We are currently 4 girls and 1 boy. Since we are a shared apartment, everyone tends to spend time alone and is on the move a lot, so shared activities are rare. Order and cleanliness is very important to us. Since some of us work shifts, we pay attention to rest periods.

The room is rented unfurnished. (Can be discussed with the previous tenant.) Pets are not allowed. An outdoor parking space can also be rented for 30.-
