Single room for rent - 8400 Winterthur, Weberstrasse 91

We (W, 23 and M, 25) are looking for another person between the ages of 20-30 to join our shared flat in our 4.5 room apartment.
We are sociable people and are always up for a game night or just chatting ;) We also really enjoy cooking and eating together. But of course, we also respect each other's space and don't always have to hang out together :)

About us:
In warmer weather, we not only like to go out on our balcony and enjoy the sun, but we also like to go into nature to get our vitamin D :)

Tanja (w, 23) works part-time (mostly from home) and studies Applied Law at the ZHAW. In her free time, she has been dancing ballet since she was little and has cool performances with acting and singing once a year :) She likes to paint and keeps working on her little projects. But she's not as busy as it sounds. She also likes to sit comfortably on the sofa.

Noah (m, 25) works full-time and spends his free time with martial arts, fitness and basically anything to do with nature (hiking, fishing, etc.). He also likes to spend time with his cars and restores his classic car. Of course, he also likes to sit in front of the PC ;)

About the apartment:
Super central location! In 5 minutes you are not only at Deutweg, at the ice rink or at the Geiselweid swimming pool, but also in the middle of nature in the forest where there is, for example, a Vita course!

The apartment is opposite the Waldegg bus stop. By bus you are at Winterthur main station in about 10 minutes (~ a bus every 10 minutes).

Within walking distance there is also the Urimi Grill Restaurant, a Spar supermarket, a kiosk, and various pizzerias.

The apartment is fully furnished for shared use! You only need to bring your room ;) If you have something that you can't do without, we can certainly make it possible. (The bed in the photos would be available, but can also be disposed of)

For weekly stays, e.g. for students, the rent is negotiable
