We have the following room available from May 1, 2025:

• 12 m² for CHF 905.– (Rent CHF 735.– + Additional costs CHF 170.–)

A brief overview of our WG: We live in a three-story house on Breitestrasse in Winterthur – just a few minutes by bike or bus from the main train station. For nature lovers, the Eschenberg forest is directly across the street.
Our home is shared by 11 young people from Switzerland, Finland, Greece, and Germany. The average age is in the mid-20s. We are an open and lively community, not just a purpose-driven WG. Shared activities are part of our routine: movie nights, outings, concerts, jogging rounds, hiking tours, or relaxing evenings in our own hot pot are things we enjoy doing. At the same time, we respect everyone's privacy.

What to expect:

• Your room has its own sink (washbasin), some other rooms also have a private toilet.
• The house is equipped with:
• 2 bathrooms with a total of 3 toilets, 4 showers, 2 washing machines, and 2 dryers
• Kitchen with 2 stoves, 2 ovens, dishwasher, 3 refrigerators, and a freezer
• Living room with dartboard, large dining table, small sofa
• Cleaning service for common areas (once a week)
• Large garden with lounge, grill, ping-pong table, and fire pit
• Fiber7-Internet included
• Parking optional for CHF 60.–/month

The additional costs cover everything: electricity, heating, internet, waste fees, Serafe (formerly Billag), etc.
Although we are eleven, there is rarely a rush in the bathroom in the morning.

Who we are looking for:
We welcome applications from people between 18 and 35 years old who are eager for community and want to actively participate in WG life. We are also very open to international students or English-speaking individuals. Cleanliness and respectful interaction are important to us. Currently, there are more men than women in the WG – women are therefore especially welcome.
