You are a cool dude, you are in professional life (exact age not so important) and you like the city! You should be quick-witted and definitely speak fluent German. Preferably you are from the Winterthur area, but you can also be new to the area. You don't need any particular interest or hobby for us, we accept you as you are. You must be firmly established in life and looking for a place to live for more than half a year. You will get a room on the upper floor of the maisonette apartment with over 20 m², windows on three sides.

We are not a "purpose-built WG" and not a WG with a special spiritual or nutritional orientation. We sometimes cook together or have a drink and exchange a few words. We leave each other personal space and everyone enjoys their adult life with us. We are currently two and are looking for a third person.

And together we have a 5-room apartment on Deutweg in Winterthur. Shopping and pubs are in the immediate vicinity. We have a beautiful balcony and also a garden seating area. We share the household chores by agreement and are considerate, as the apartment is a bit noisy. Pets are not allowed in the apartment. By bike or bus you are in the city center in 10 minutes.
